Customer Impact

During the upgrade the Edge Intelligence Cloud services can be down temporarily. There is no impact on already deployed data flows. Cisco CloudOps will complete the updates on EU first and then update services on US.

Recommended EI Agent version is 1.8.0

Minimal Supported EI Agent Version is 1.4.16
