Hi IoT OD user,

You can now sign into the Cisco IoT Operations Dashboard using Cisco SSO.

Here’s what you should expect.

If your email is associated with a Cisco Customer Identity (CCI) account:
• The next time you sign into the dashboard, you’ll be redirected to id.cisco.com after entering your email
• After you enter your password and hit sign in, you’ll be redirected back to the dashboard

If your email is not associated with a CCI account:
• Nothing changes, continue logging in with your current IoT OD credentials

During this maintenance, Management VPN Tunnels may be disconnected and will reconnect. Cisco will continue to monitor and validate the services throughout the maintenance window.

While we expect this maintenance to be seamless for all, users may experience page load errors or timeouts with the following features:
