Cisco will perform the final EDM EOL decommissioning for notified EDM service customers.

Customer Impact
Device management for continuing EDM customers should not have any impact.
Secure Equipment Access service would not be affected with existing SEA sessions and access through the dashboard remaining functional.
Cisco will continue to monitor and validate the services throughout the maintenance window.
